申請入學流程
Application Process
- 請先確定您的身分符合外國學生申請資格
◎申請者需符合中華民國教育部公布之「外國學生來臺就學辦法」所稱外國學生身分。(教育部外國學生來臺就學辦法)
Please first confirm that your nationality status accords with the qualifications for application. Applicants must follow the ROC (Taiwan) Ministry of Education’s announced procedure for international students undertaking studies in Taiwan.

- 請依招生簡章檢附申請所需文件
Prepare all the necessary documents in accordance with the International Student Admission Guide.
- 請於當年度規定申請期限前，備齊所有文件，郵寄或親送至本校教務處。
Submit all the necessary documents, before the deadline for the academic year, by mail or in person to the Office of Academic Affairs, Chung Shan Medical University.
授課語言
Language of Instruction
本校教學以中文為主，申請就讀各系所者必須具備中文寫、聽、說能力。
The primary language of education at this school is Chinese. Applicants must possess proficiency in written and spoken Chinese.

請先詳閱招生簡章，備齊申請文件。於當年度規定申請期限前，郵寄或親送至本校教務處。
Please read the International Student Admission Guide carefully to prepare all the necessary paperwork and submit all the necessary documents before the deadline for the academic year by mail or in person to the Office of Academic Affairs, Chung Shan Medical University.
- 通訊報名
By mail:
請於信封上黏貼外國學生報名專用信封封面，並於申請截止日前將申請資料郵寄至：402台中市建國北路一段110號，中山醫學大學教務處。
Before the application deadline, submit all required application materials by mail with the application cover sheet format in the envelope to the Office of Academic Affairs, Chung Shan Medical University (Address: No. 110, Section 1, Jianguo N. Rd., Taichung City 402, Taiwan, R.O.C.).

In person:
於申請截止日前親自送申請資料至「中山醫學大學教務處」。
Before the application deadline, submit all required application materials in person to the Office of Academic Affairs, Chung Shan Medical University.
